Founder and Owner

Ashok Parimi, the founder of Ancient Hotels, is the driving force behind the creation and growth of our diverse range of restaurant brands. As an IIT alumnus with a background in mechanical innovations and patents, Ashok brings a deep understanding of operations, systems, and efficiency to the culinary world.

His unwavering love for food inspired the creation of Ancient Hyderabad over a decade ago, the first brand under Ancient Hotels. From that moment, Ashok has been at the forefront of crafting menus, setting up kitchens, and curating a dining experience that balances authenticity and innovation.

Ashok’s hands-on involvement in every aspect of the business—from recipe development to kitchen management—ensures that Ancient Hotels continues to push the boundaries of flavor and creativity. His culinary expertise and entrepreneurial spirit are the backbone of our success.

Arshad Shaikh

Co-Founder and Head of Project Development

Arshad Shaikh brings a wealth of experience in construction and development. As a partner, Arshad has been instrumental in expanding the footprint of our brands, ensuring that every new location maintains the same high standards of quality and customer experience.

With an eye for detail and a focus on infrastructure and design, Arshad oversees the development of both physical restaurants and cloud kitchens, making sure that each location offers a seamless dining experience. His background in construction allows Ancient Hotels to create environments that are not only functional but also visually appealing, reflecting the theme and essence of each brand.

Sabir Kazi

Co-Founder and Head of Marketing and Finance

Sabir leads the marketing and sales efforts along with financial management across all brands under Ancient Hotels. Sabir’s expertise in brand positioning, marketing strategies, and customer engagement has been pivotal in driving the growth of both dine-in and cloud kitchen models.

Sabir’s strategic approach to building brand awareness and driving sales has allowed Ancient Hotels to successfully tap into new markets while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. His ability to navigate digital marketing trends and automation, coupled with his deep understanding of consumer behavior, ensures that Ancient Hotels remains a dynamic and evolving brand.

Sabir also looks after all financial managements for the company.

Raja, our Master Chef and Chief Operating Head, is the backbone of our kitchen operations. With a wealth of experience in setting up kitchens, Raja ensures that quality standards and recipe consistency are maintained across all locations. His role is pivotal in creating the in-house management systems that allow our kitchen staff to operate more efficiently and cost-effectively.

From developing standardized recipes to training kitchen staff, Raja ensures that every dish served at Ancient Hotels, whether in a dine-in restaurant or a cloud kitchen, maintains the same high quality and authentic flavor. His expertise ensures that our operations run smoothly, with minimal waste and optimal use of resources, making him an integral part of our team’s success.
