Arabian Mandi began its journey over a decade ago, with the vision of offering an authentic taste of Arabian cuisine in India. Our founder, Ashok Parimi, an IIT alumnus with a deep-rooted love for food, was inspired by the traditional dishes of Arabia during his travels. With a background in innovation, Ashok envisioned a restaurant that would not only serve great food but also offer an immersive cultural experience.
Our first restaurant opened in Pune, and with overwhelming support from our customers, Arabian Mandi quickly became known for its signature Mandi, Kabsa, and Arabic meats. As we grew, so did our menu, adding a fusion of Indian, Mughlai, and Tandoor dishes to cater to the diverse palates of our guests.
Over the years, Arabian Mandi has continued to expand, remaining true to our core values of quality, authenticity, and unparalleled service. Each of our locations is designed to reflect the warmth and hospitality of Arabian culture, offering not just a meal, but an experience.
